Another Christmas present. Actually I’m not feeling too good today, and also have had a frozen right foot all day, so I’ll be having an early night. Best wishes for 2021 to all.

Another of my Christmas presents.

I’ve had this clematis for a few years now, but this is only the second time it has flowered.

Snow is quite rare here in the Black Country, and while there wasn’t really all that much today, it hung on all day, and the refuse collection which was due was rather disrupted (recycling was not collected).

Friends have been outstandingly generous for Christmas, and I’ve received more presents than I have had for at least 35 years! This is one of them. Don’t worry, I’m not going to start posting a lot of selfies! 

Perhaps I should have kept this for the new year?

Hence the engines are all at the shed. There was a fall of snow on the railway overnight, so it’s a White Christmas as well.

Making travel arrangements for tonight I think. Apologies for the lack of social distancing.

Poor visibility, continuous rain and very dark all day.
